Most software is designed for desks, well-lit and dry. Recipe Filer is the opposite: a phone propped against a kettle, screen lit by the extractor fan, one finger smeared with butter and garlic. Every contrast value, every tap target, every wake-lock was rooted in a real kitchen with real food.
