100 g Unsalted butter, melted
100 g Plain flour
0.5 tsp Baking powder
2 pcs Eggs, large
70 g Caster sugar
1 tbsp Lavender honey

Whisk the eggs with sugar until pale and tripled in volume — about .

Sift in the flour and baking powder; fold gently.

Drizzle the warm butter and honey down the side of the bowl; fold until just combined.

Rest in the fridge for — this gives madeleines their classic bump.
