6 tablespoons margarine
0.25 cups flour
6 teaspoons salt
2 cups chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 medium potatoes — or 6
Instructions
Step by step

Melt butter, add flour, bring to boil.

Add milk and bouillon.

Add salt and cheese.
- 4
Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4", parboil until tender.

Drain and put in baking dish.

Pour sauce over potatoes and bake at 350°.

May cut amounts in half for family of 4-5.
